Introduction:
LS-450B Box visual positioning machine focus on making gift box, shoe box, cell phone boxes, mobile phone box, perfume boxes, which is an important parts for rigid box production.
As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes.
Products photography: first choose Camera 1 and click dynamic photography until the product show in the picture. Adjust exposure value and appreciation according to the brightness. Usually adjust there is clearly color comparison between camera product picture and conveyor belt.
Two 10-megapixel cameras can capture tissues in a wide range to improve accuracy
