The tissue paper is glued and transported to the belt through the automatic feeder mechanism. The belt conveyor passes through the tissue detection sensor and finally stops at the photographing position. After receiving the signal that allows the material to be picked up, the manipulator goes to the material picking position to grab the paper shell.

After receiving the photo signal, the system triggers the camera to take a photo to identify the edge of the tissue paper, calculates the offset angle and coordinates and sends them to the robot. The manipulator completes the fitting action based on the received offset coordinates.
Visual positioning information interface
In addition, the system is easy to operate. In the human-computer interaction interface, users can quickly switch visual templates and fine-tune the fitting position compensation value. It can realize robot trajectory teaching and path planning without the need for third-party robot software, and directly control the operation of Yamaha robots visually.
