The main factors affecting the quality of printing are as follows:
1. blockage. The blockage of dots will cause the transfer of ink to decrease, and the color of printed matter will change. When blockage occurs, the printing plate should be cleaned with solvent or special cleaning agent, and corresponding measures should be taken for the causes of blockage.
2. Plate wear. Printing plate wear will make dots smaller and shallower, thus affecting the ink load of dots. As a result of plate wear, the overall color becomes lighter. Sometimes the white plate wear makes the ink on the white ink insufficient, and the covering power of the base material is insufficient. At this time, the production should stop and change the plate, and the old version should be re-plated. If the plate drum uses the transition screen wall to collapse and the plate can not be stripped, the plate must be reproduced.
3. Patterns are not uniform in color. When multiple patterns are arranged horizontally at the same time, the color difference between the left and right ends of the plate may occur. In the process of plate making, especially when full plate is on the spot, it is easy to change the dot size from left to right. Therefore, attention should be paid to checking the printing effect difference between the left and right ends of the plate drum.
4. The rationality of plate design. In the process of plate design, the influence of plate design on printing process and post-press processing should be fully considered. For example, about 80% and 5% of the color of the jumping area of the dots are easy to be graded, so we should take measures to change it in advance.
5. Printing environment factors. If the room temperature of the printing workshop changes dramatically, the flow state of the ink will change. In general, the temperature and temperature of the production workshop are controlled at (23 +5) degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 60%+5%. In addition, when using ink in winter, it should be preheated in advance to increase the fluidity of ink.
6. Printing conditions. When the layout is blown by irregular wind, changes in printing speed and drying speed will lead to changes in the color of printed matter. These factors should be fully taken into account in the printing process.
