Introduction:
Multi-Function Box & Hardcover Positioning Machine With Panasonic Servo Motor. This machine is also called as gluing and spotter machine. It can finish paper gluing and pasting box on the glued paper automatically, which is widely used for rigid box making, book cover machine, paper lining and even album making.
As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes.
Paper feeding can separate the sheets of paper stacked neatly and glue them. It should be noted that there are many kinds of paper, and there will be static electricity between some papers. Double sheets will appear during separation. The paper can be properly kneaded and separated before feeding to reduce the probability of double sheets
Loosen the "locking handle" to move the entire feeder paper feeding mechanism, and the position can be adjusted by rotating the "front and rear adjustment handwheel". Adjust according to the length of the face paper, the "pressing foot" should press the paper about 5mm; loosen the quick wrench on the rear side of the fixed "paper stopper" to adjust the distance between the "paper stopper", "paper stopper" The position of the “small board” should be close to the right corner of the back of the paper.
