LS-G7 - The LS-G7 automatic grooving and corner cutting machine completes cardboard grooving and corner cutting at the same time. Cardboard comes out ready to make rigid boxes - no die-cutting moulds required, saving both time and cost.

Grooving and Corner Cutting on One Machine

This machine combines grooving and corner cutting and eliminates the need for die-cutting. Load the slitted cardboard, and it comes out ready for rigid box making. No die-cut moulds are required.

Automatic Setup for Grooving Blades and Belts

Each grooving blade is independently controlled by a servo motor and all settings are accessible on a single page. After setup, the grooving blades and belt automatically move to the preset positions.

Automatic Setup for Corner Cutting Length

The corner cutting length is digitally adjustable. Simply input the value and the machine completes the setup automatically.

Integrated Feeding and Aligning System

A feeding and aligning system ensures cardboard is cut and grooved exactly at the preset positions.

Non-stop Feeding Belt Adjustment

Load a pile of cardboard onto the machine while it keeps running - no need to stop for loading, ensuring high speed and maximum efficiency.

Finished Product Collection Table

Grooved products are automatically stacked on the collection table so the operator can pick them up easily and move to the next production step.
