LS-G9 - The LS-G9 automatic intelligent paper grooving machine is specially designed for paper. It combines automatic setup, automatic depth adjustment, automatic finished product collection and automatic waste cleaning to deliver consistent groove quality at high speed.
A dedicated paper grooving platform designed for consistent groove quality on paper stock, with automatic depth adjustment that prevents the roller from scratching the surface.
Simply input the dimensions and the machine setup is completed automatically. Grooving depth is also automatically adjustable - easy and convenient.
Belt and grooving blades automatically move to the exact position, making the machine easy to operate and fast to change over between jobs.
Grooved products are automatically stacked on the collection table so the operator can pick them up easily and move to the next production step.
Waste material, including the four corner pieces and grooving debris, is transported out automatically by the cleaning belt. Place a carton or bin at the discharge end to collect it - no manual cleaning required.
The system corrects any misalignment as the material enters the machine, delivering it accurately to the rollers for consistent grooving precision.
