LS-G5 - The LS-G5 automatic setting dual-direction grooving machine combines two grooving units in one. Place a pile of cardboard and the belt feeds it automatically; after one direction is grooved, the board turns automatically for the second direction. One feed, two-direction grooving done.
Load the material once - after grooving in one direction, the cardboard automatically turns to groove the other direction. Compared with ordinary grooving machines this reduces manual loading and unloading and saves significant labour.
Simply input the dimensions and the machine setup is completed automatically. Grooving depth is automatically adjustable.
Belt and grooving blades automatically move to the exact position for easy operation and fast job changeover.
Corrects any misalignment as the cardboard enters the machine and delivers it accurately to the rollers for consistent grooving precision.
The grey board turns automatically after completing one grooving direction, saving manual effort and improving efficiency.
The positioning gauge is electrically controlled for left/right movement - no manual adjustment required.
