LS-1150 Bi-Channel Intelligent Fully Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine — double cover paper feeding + visual positioning + double corner taping + double forming station.
Double channel for different or same size of boxes at the same time; single channel running mode is also available. Automatic setting by inputting the box and mould sizes, no need for parts changing. Setup time: 30 minutes per channel, 60 minutes for the full machine. Speed up to 25 pairs / minute (50 pcs top + bottom).
Engineered with our latest technological innovations, the LS-1150 offers higher production speed than conventional models and features a dual-channel design that simultaneously produces both top and bottom boxes. With stable performance, the machine can output 50 boxes per minute — equivalent to 25 complete rigid box sets. Operators can directly assemble the top and bottom sections at the end of the production line and pack them into cartons without intermediate waiting or storage.
Not only does the LS-1150 produce top and bottom boxes concurrently, it can also handle two completely different box sizes at the same time. One LS-1150 machine delivers the output of two conventional machines, while requiring only the space of a single machine and one operator.
The LS-1150 is equipped with an automatic setup system. The operator simply inputs the cover paper size and box dimensions, and the machine completes the setup automatically.
In the paper feeding system, the combination of a servo motor and a cam-driven mechanism ensures high-speed, precise feeding while preventing double sheets. Two independently controlled paper loading platforms are provided for enhanced flexibility and efficiency.
A special anti-leaking system avoids glue leaking. Daily cleaning of the gluing part has been optimized to less than 20 seconds.
The integrated tape feeding device is engineered to prevent jamming, ensuring smooth operation. It offers exceptional compatibility with a wide range of materials, including ultra-thin tapes with a minimum thickness of just 0.07 mm.
Allows uninterrupted operation by enabling the loading of a new stack while another is in use, significantly boosting efficiency.
The CCD positioning system applies two high-pixel cameras and a Yamaha robotic arm. It requires only 10 minutes for setting. The robotic arm picks up two types of boxes at the same time and places them on the cover paper precisely. Positioning accuracy: ±0.1 mm.
Ensures the box is firmly and smoothly adhered to the paper. Its height is adjustable for various box sizes.
Two forming stations at the end of the machine finish box forming at very high speed. They are built with very strong materials, so the machine will not shake even under high-speed running. To avoid scratching the cover paper, a box pick-up system feeds the box from the conveyor to the forming part.
